6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
6.1 Digital Products
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content already downloaded or made accessible to the customer.
6.2 Physical products
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days after receipt of products.
Returns are only possible if the product is intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a written notice to lycnos@gmail.comor fill in the Withdrawal Form available on the site.
7. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All physical goods sold are covered by 24-month legal warrantyin accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The customer must report any defects within two months after discovery. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, Lycnos shall replace or repair it free of charge.
